Must Have

  • •New grad in CS/SE/Data Science (or related), plus solid Python
  • •Good ML fundamentals, such as PyTorch/TensorFlow + scikit-learn, etc.
  • •Basic data prep skills (cleaning, features, train/test, metrics) + Git/team communication
  • •Has shown efforts/interests with Leetcode practice to show self-driven and motivations
  • •Has spent time on latest industrial research paper on AI topics, doesn't have to heavily involved but this is one area to show if the candidate is self-driven and self motivated

Nice to Have

  • •Internship/co-op in AI/ML, software, or data
  • •LLM experience (prompting, embeddings/RAG, fine-tuning basics)
